For those without credit card, reservation MUST be made ONLY by email or fax. We have the right to abandon reservations, if the given credit card information is incorrect.

The credit card will be charged "IF NO SHOW"
Please note your credit card will be charged if you do not give us a 48 hours notice (2 days) of cancellation. The amount charged will be equivalent to the amount of the first night´s reservation.


Other important things to know
Reception is open until 12:00 AM ("24:00" in 24 hour clock) from October to April and untill 2am in other periods, guests will be provided of keys.

Check in from 2:00 pm
Check-out time within 11 am

The reservations can be cancelled until 2 days before the arrival without no penalty; in the contrary case it will come only debited the first night like penitentiary.
